Biographies

John Ritzu, RA, LCM Architects

For the past 10 years, John Ritzu has focused his career on assisting private and public organizations understand and implement various methods of Fair Housing Act and other disability law compliance. Mr. Ritzu has assisted many private and public entities in developing FHA and ADA compliance policies and programs while working with LCM Architects in Chicago. He has been a licensed architect since 1984 and has over 30 years experience working on multi-family housing projects. Additionally, he has provided numerous detailed trainings on the Fair Housing Act to various public and private entities.

Mr. Ritzu conducts the following FIRST training modules:
